This online workshop is specifically designed for artists engaged in visual arts or multimedia, and it aims to teach the techniques of stop motion. The workshop starts with an introduction to the primary topics about stop motion and an overview of the different types. After that, participants will learn how to use the “Stop Motion Studio” application in the workshop program.
The workshop will explore stop-motion techniques as a new form of artistic expression. Participants will learn not only the technical aspects but also how to use storytelling with objects. We will also discuss how to use stop motion in multimedia artwork, using the artist’s imagination.
During the workshop, participants will create a stop-motion film with a specific theme. They will learn how to change the function of objects and personify them to create a compelling story.
